Join us at our Lights of Love service
The Community Hospice’s Lights of Love service brings together the families of loved ones who have died.
During the service, you have the opportunity to dedicate a light in memory of a loved one on our hospice tree. You can also write a personal, special message to someone on a pair of stars - one to be hung on the Lights of Love tree, and the other for your tree at home.
And during this time of reflection while remembering those we have lost, the Community Hospice team will also be remembering all the incredible families they have cared for too.
