Bookings and payments

Our event partner, Different Travel, manages all bookings.

A non-refundable registration fee of £395 is required at the time of booking. This will count towards your overall fundraising or trip cost.

All remaining payments must be made directly to Community Hospice, unless otherwise stated.

No previous experience is needed. This trek is suitable for anyone with a good level of fitness and a willingness to prepare.

This is a physical challenge, so a good level of general fitness is important. We’ll provide training guidance to help you prepare with confidence.

Yes. The trek is fully supported with experienced guides, a support crew, and a team to help you prepare before you go.

Absolutely. Many people sign up solo and quickly feel part of the group. It’s a great way to meet new people and share the experience.

Flights, accommodation, meals, expert guides, and full support throughout the trek are all included, so you can focus on the experience.

A £395 deposit secures your place. You can then choose to fundraise or self-fund, with a minimum total of £1,940, including a £970 donation to Community Hospice.
