Bookings and payments

Our event partner, Different Travel, manages all bookings.

A non-refundable registration fee of £395 is required at the time of booking. This will count towards your overall fundraising or trip cost.

All remaining payments must be made directly to Community Hospice, unless otherwise stated.

Book your place on to our free event and a joining link will be sent to you closer to the event date.

The trek is scheduled for 23–28 September 2027, giving you six days to take on the challenge and experience the Atlas Mountains.

Yes, you can register your interest at any time. If you’d still like to join the information evening, you’re welcome to come along to find out more before the trek.

Places are limited and can fill up quickly, particularly after the information evening. If you’re interested, we recommend registering early to avoid missing out.

You’ll get a clear overview of the trek, what to expect day to day, how to prepare, and what support you’ll receive. You’ll also have the chance to ask questions and hear from the team.
