I/we understand that I/we take part in this event at my/our own risk and that Community Hospice cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, however caused as a result of the Three Peaks in Three Days event.

I/we understand that I am committing to raise a minimum of £1,200, including the non-refundable £120 registration fee, which forms part of the total trek cost of £559.

I/we understand that travel to Glasgow is not included in the cost and that I am responsible for arranging my own one way transport and arriving by 9:30am on Friday 18th June .

I/we confirm that all guests will be over the age of 18 when taking part in this event.

I/we agree that any images taken during the event may be used for publicity purposes.
