How you can make a difference
The Community Hospice is fortunate to be supported by donated items from our local community. Some of these items are perfect for online sales on platforms like eBay, Vinted, and Depop. By joining us as a product lister, you can help us to raise additional, much needed funds through our online platforms, that will enable us to support local people who are dying, and their loved ones too.
What you will be doing
- Take photos of donated items.
- Research product details and assign a value using the internet.
- Write clear, engaging descriptions of the products.
- Upload photos, descriptions, and prices to eBay, Vinted, or Depop.
- Liaise with Product Researcher volunteers via WhatsApp for specialist item research.
Full training will be provided.
What skills and qualities can you bring
- Basic computer literacy (experience with eBay is a plus but not essential).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Over the age of 18
