With extensive experience across hospice, community and wider health and care settings, Debbie’s role is centred around ensuring our care remains safe, compassionate and of the highest quality for the people we support and their families. Debbie provides professional nursing leadership across the Hospice and leads on quality, safety and continuous improvement, helping to ensure patients receive person-centred care that reflects what matters most to them.
