- Our collections service is operated by UNIQUE MOVES
- On the afternoon/evening before your collection, you will receive a call with a time slot
- This is provisional but gives you a good indication of when UNIQUE MOVES will be there
- UNIQUE MOVES drivers have discretion to turn down a collection if they feel items don’t comply with the guidelines. For example, if an item is incomplete or damaged or does not have a fire label.
