Join us at our Lights of Love service
The Community Hospice’s Lights of Love is a touching remembrance service for the families whose loved ones have died.
Families come together during the service to dedicate a light in memory of a loved one, which sits on our hospice tree. You'll have an opportunity to write a personal, special message to someone on a pair of stars - one to be hung on the Lights of Love tree, and the other for your tree at home.
And while remembering those we have lost, the Community Hospice team will also be remembering all the incredible families they have cared for this year too.
