Our team of Compassionate Neighbours help us to reduce loneliness and isolation in our local area.
Our Compassionate Neighbours programme introduces trained volunteers with people who have become isolated or lonely, and/or who are nearing end of life due to old age or illness. You can make a difference to someone close to you. Find out more.
