With the launch of a bold new brand, a dynamic relationship-focused fundraising strategy, a new database and investment in new roles, there’s never been a more thrilling time to join our team. This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level and make a lasting impact on the people of Greenwich and Bexley.

As our Supporter Care Officer, you’ll play an essential role in our fundraising team to ensure that donations are processed accurately and supporters are thanked, feeling the value and impact of their support. Having recently invested and moved to a new fundraising database – Charity CRM, it is an exciting time to join the team in making the most of the system and how it can transform the way we work.

Your exceptional organisational skills and friendly demeanour will be crucial in building relationships with supporters. You’ll handle everything from responding to supporter queries, making thank you phone calls, accepting donations and producing reports. Your warmth and energy will ensure the highest standard of supporter care, all while ensuring that every interaction leaves our supporters feeling appreciated and inspired.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and have a sharp eye for detail, you’ll be a perfect fit for our team.

If you're ready to take on a role where you can truly make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
