Santa’s Grotto Coordinator – Part-Time (Seasonal)

Job Description:
We’re looking for a warm, organised and enthusiastic individual to lead our Santa’s Grotto in Greenwich this December. You’ll manage daily operations, coordinate volunteers (including Santa!), and ensure families enjoy a magical festive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and close the Grotto each day
• Coordinate volunteers and support Santa
• Handle payments and monitor stock
• Act as the main contact for visitors
• Represent the Hospice and maintain a positive relationship with JLL

Requirements:

• Friendly and confident engaging with the public
• Organised and reliable
• Comfortable using tablets/smartphones
• Available weekends and Christmas Eve
• Willing to attend training and briefings

Training Provided:

• Full training and shadowing opportunities before your first shift.
