At Community Hospice, we have one purpose, helping people living with a terminal illness to live as well as they can for as long as they can. Our Rehabilitation and Wellbeing Team plays a key role in this, helping people stay independent, active, and connected for as long as possible.

You’ll work closely with patients and their families, as well as a skilled team of nurses, OTs, support workers, doctors and volunteers. You’ll have the time to truly get to know the people you’re supporting – and the chance to make a real impact.

What we’re looking for:
- A qualified physiotherapist with HCPC registration
- Someone with compassion, resilience, and great communication skills
- Experience in palliative care or the community is helpful – but not essential
- Above all, someone who shares our belief in person-centered care
