Join Community Hospice as our next Director of Nursing and Quality and lead compassionate, person‑centred care for the diverse community we serve. This is a rare and meaningful senior leadership opportunity for an experienced, values‑driven nurse who is committed to excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will provide visible, inspiring leadership, ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and dignity, and help shape the future of palliative and end‑of‑life care across our services. You’ll work collaboratively within our Senior Leadership Team, championing personalised care and empowering skilled clinical teams to deliver what matters most to patients and families.
