Funeral collection envelopes

You may wish to limit flowers at the funeral of a loved one and instead request donations. You may choose to place these envelopes on seats at the service or have them available for guests to collect.

You can ask for us to send you a pack of in memory envelopes for free, which can be used to collect cash or cheques donations at an event or in place of flowers at a funeral. If you have a card payment to make please go to our online donation page or call our Supporter Care Team on 0208 320 5785.

Funeral directors are usually happy to collect the envelopes on your behalf and send them to the hospice. You can also collect envelopes and a collection box from the hospice.
By using donation envelopes, you could also raise up to 25% more if Community Hospice can claim Gift Aid.

Donate in memory of a loved one 

We recommend creating a Timeless Tribute page so that you can keep track of all of your donations in one place. However, if you'd prefer to pay in over the phone then please call 0208 320 5785 to make a donation in memory or send a cheque made payable to Community Hospice to:

• Your name, address and relationship to the person
• The name of the person you are donating in memory of
