At any one time, we care for around 750 people in the community who are living with a life-limiting illness. Whether they are at home, in hospital, or in one of our hospice beds, everything we do is to help them live better, with the time they have left.
By supporting families to have those tough conversations, make difficult decisions, navigate reams of paperwork, and help manage physical and emotional pain, we make their time left as smooth as it can possibly be.
