Every £1 ticket you buy isn’t just a chance to win – it helps ensure we can keep supporting patients and families when they need us most.

By entering our Summer Raffle today, you’ll enable us to support more patients and families in Greenwich and Bexley, to make their time count when it matters most.

WHEN LUCY CONTACTED ALAN TO SHARE THE EXCITING NEWS THAT HE HAD WON THE FIRST PRIZE IN OUR SPRING RAFFLE, HE WAS BOTH SHOCKED AND DELIGHTED.

Alan first learned about the Community Hospice in 2020 after speaking with one of our door to-door fundraisers. Having had a personal experience of hospice care with his brother, he wanted to give back to such an amazing cause, so he joined our weekly lottery. By luck, in August 2024, Alan won the weekly prize of £1,000! Continuing his support, Alan also purchased tickets for our yearly raffles – and this time, it paid off once again. He was excited to treat his niece, who helps him with his day-to-day activities, to something special. In an incredibly generous gesture, Alan kindly donated £250 of his winnings back to the hospice.

Terms & Conditions

- Players must be 18 years or over.

- Ticket entries and payment must be received in the fundraising office by Friday 26 September 2025 to guarantee entry into the draw on Tuesday 30 September 2025.

- Entries received after this date will be treated as a donation to Community Hospice and Gift Aid claimed where we have a valid declaration.

- Cheques should be payable to Community Hospice.

- Winners will be notified shortly after the draw. Please provide your email or telephone number so we can let you know that you have won.

- Winning numbers will also be published on our website: communityhospice.org.uk
