I/we understand that I/we take part in this event at my/our own risk and that Community Hospice cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or injury, however caused as a result of the Hospice Mini Marathon event.

I/we agree that I/we will accompany my child to the Hospice Mini Marathon and will stay on site for the duration of the event. If my child is aged between 5 and 7 years, I/we agree that they will be accompanied on the route by an adult who is aged 18+.
