Hospice Mini Marathon for kids

Online registration has now closed. You will be able to register your child on the day, please arrive from 9am to do this and head to the registration desk. We would love to have everyone doing the Hospice Mini Marathon however, unfortunately we have limited capacity so please do arrive early to ensure that you get a space.

The Hospice Mini Marathon is a unique community fundraising event that's made for kids. Not only will your child be involved in a fun-filled and active event, and but they'll be doing something really special by helping us to support the thousands of patients that we care for every year in our community. And that's something they can be really proud of.

Open to children aged 5-16 years, this hugely popular event is the perfect opportunity to walk, run, or jog 2.62 miles around the beautiful Royal Greenwich Park, all while supporting their local hospice.

Event highlights

On the day, there will be plenty of fun for everyone, including:

• Rock Choir performances to keep the energy high
• Tony from Play It on Pans with lively music and beats
• 360 Camera to capture the fun and create lasting memories
• Free face painting for all participants
• Free sports activities from Better Gym
• Meet and Greet with our local Pearly Kings and Queens
• Warm-up sessions by Greenwich Runners
• Delicious hot and cold refreshments available (a percentage of takings donated to the hospice)

Plus, every child receives a Hospice Mini Marathon medal and a goodie bag to celebrate their amazing achievement!

How to register on the day – limited places available for just £10.

Simply fill in the registration form below to secure your child’s place in this exciting event – the form will be available on this page on the morning of the event. Please arrive from 9am to register, and head towards the Event Info stall where we can help to get you set up and ready for the day ahead. Raise funds and win prizes

If your child sets up a JustGiving page and raises £30 or more in sponsorship, they’ll be entered into a prize draw, with the chance to win prizes. Last year the following prizes were generously donated:
