A celebration of love and remembrance

This summer we are delighted to invite you into our Garden of Memories - an event held in the hospice gardens to celebrate and remember our loved ones who have died.

Join us by sharing photos and memories of your loved ones, remembering moments to celebrate their lives and create a story that lives on. Email Rhea Webb to find out more.

A place to reflect and remember

In the beauty of our hospice gardens, this special event offers space for quiet reflection, shared stories and a chance to connect with others who understand.

Share memories of your loved one

As part of the event, you're invited to contribute to our memory wall by making a donation and dedicating a photo and a personal memory. These tributes will form a moving display, symbolising the lasting impact of those we remember.

As an honour to each dedication, you’ll receive a packet of wildflower seeds for you to plant in your own space, as a symbol of remembrance and renewal, serving as a living tribute.

Please contact Rhea Webb to find out more or to make a dedication.

Be part of this special event

If you’d like to take part in this meaningful event and have a photo and memory of your loved one included on our Memory Wall, we kindly ask that you make a donation in support of our work.

Your generosity helps us continue caring for hundreds of people across Greenwich and Bexley who are living with a terminal illness—helping them, and those close to them, make every moment count.

No amount is too small, and your support truly means so much. Thank you.

Making beautiful memories even in the hardest moments

Kevin O’Boyle died at the hospice last October, aged 57. His wife, Jo, kindly took the time to tell us all about him and of the memories the pair made at the hospice during his last months.
