Make the most of the last days of summer, come along to our free, family fun day celebration

We’re so proud to be part of the wonderfully diverse community of Greenwich and Bexley and are constantly blown away by the generosity and support that we receive from all corners of the boroughs.

To thank you all for the incredible support that our amazing community has shown us, please come along and celebrate with us at our Community Hospice Fun Day on Saturday 20 September at Avery Hill Park.

A FREE community celebration

From a different live musical performance every hour to a variety of food and drink stalls, pop-up shops selling everything from fashion items to kids' toys, and activities ranging from bouncy castles to our tombola, there will be things to enjoy for people of all ages.

To help make sure that you do not miss out on any of the amazing entertainment, check out our line-up below:

11am - Tony Play It On The Pan

12pm - Thamesmead Community Choir

1pm - Boogie Monsters

2pm - Rock Choir

3pm - M T Pockets

We would like to give a huge thank you to PPL PRS, who have generously supported us and our event by providing a big discount on the music for the day.

Transportation

As we are expecting a big turnout, we recommend using public transport for a smoother journey. To help you out, we have provided the key transport links below:

Buses: 132, 162, 286, 321, B15
Train stations: Falconwood is the closest train station, with Eltham and New Eltham also within a 30-minute walk

Your support helps us to make a difference every day

From our dedicated fundraisers and volunteers, our partners and wonderful members of the public and everyone who makes the Community Hospice such a special charity, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts because you're helping us to make a difference to our patients who are living with a terminal illness, throughout our community.
