This is hospice care

One in seven people at our Community Hospice are cared for thanks to the generosity of those who have left a gift in their will to us.

We can’t give our patients the gift of time, but your gift can help make the time that’s left matter. Together, we can make sure that hospice care lives on for all, for now, forever.

We're here to make your time count

We want everyone in our wonderfully diverse community to be able to approach death in the way that suits their values, beliefs and lifestyle

Whether that’s through pain management, care at home, rehab support,
pastoral services or end-of-life care at the hospice, we’re on hand to help
anyone with a terminal illness, their loved ones and their carers with free
support, care and advice at any time of day or night.
